During one hour on Oct. 20, 59.6402 million more Tether USDt (USDT) left Binance than entered.

The earlier snapshots showed a 46.7223 million USDT net outflow on Oct. 16 and a 32.7362 million USDT net outflow on Oct. 18. EconoTimes covered the Oct. 18 one-hour reading.

A net flow compares transfers entering an exchange with those leaving it during a measured period. The Oct. 20 figure represents the excess leaving Binance during that hour, not the total withdrawn. Each of the three hourly readings covers a separate period, so they do not form a cumulative outflow.

A separate 24-hour Binance flow reading for Oct. 20 showed a 316 million USDT net inflow. The hourly outflow and 24-hour inflow measure different periods.
