While Luffy is still in Kaido’s prison, it is time for the other characters to shine including Sanji. The prodigal son of the Vinsmoke family might be having one of his fiercest fights ever in “One Piece” chapter 931.
The latest chapter of the manga series ended with Sanji preparing to fight Page One. At the very last panel, Sanji is seen holding a canister labeled with the number 3. It contains his raid suit, which is a high-tech outfit specifically designed to increase the user’s power during combat. This is obviously a teaser that something major could be happening in “One Piece” chapter 931.
Raid suits are created by the Germa Kingdom and are exclusively used by their soldiers known as the Germa 66 but Sanji, as a Vinsmoke family prince, also received one. But he has repeatedly said he will never use the raid suit and even wanted to discard it at one point. So if Sanji ends up using it in “One Piece” chapter 931, this is the very first time fans are witnessing its appearance and its power.
Meanwhile, Page One also uses an ancient Zoan devil fruit allowing him to fight in a dragon form, specifically the spinosaurus type. He is one of the so-called Flying Six or the powerful Headliners of the Beasts Pirates. This means that the imminent fight in “One Piece” chapter 931 will be a major one.
Note that Sanji does not have much time in “One Piece” chapter 931. He has to knock out his opponent as quick as possible before the other Flying Six members arrive and identify who Sanji is. The Straw Hat pirate might have a chance as the manga series said before that it is hard to keep up with someone fighting in a raid suit unless the opponent is also wearing one.
It is also interesting how Law keeps getting ignored by the Straw Hats men in this kind of situation. Law strongly advised that they keep on running and hide but Luffy insisted he can defeat Kaido easily and manga readers know how that turned out. Sanji once again ignored Law’s advise of waiting for the right time to fight. Hopefully, “One Piece” chapter 931 will have a better outcome for Sanji than what Luffy had.
The manga series is on a one-week hiatus. “One Piece” chapter 931 is slated to drop on Feb. 1.
