It would appear that things are truly escalating in the world of One Piece, with the last chapter setting up what’s looking like an excellent fight. However, nobody really knew how good of a battle it is going to be, but some source may have just shed some light on this matter. Apparently, “One Piece” Manga Chapter 917 is going to feature Holdem absolutely getting outmatched. Law will also apparently be fighting Hawkins.
As The Anime Scrolls notes, the previous chapter of the manga saw Holdem trying to pry the secrets of taming beasts from O Tama by pinching her cheeks. This was interrupted when Luffy sent a giant in Yokozuna through the building where they were conducting the interrogation. Holdem then proceeds to confront Luffy and his gang about it, which “One Piece” Manga Chapter 917 should continue.
Now, it’s obvious that there will be a battle in “One Piece” Manga Chapter 917, but it was difficult to say how it would go since Holdem’s abilities were still a mystery. However, thanks to certain sources cited by The Anime Scrolls, fans can now get some ideas of what to expect. Basically, Holdem would be completely outmatched against Luffy, O Kiku, and Zoro, which is to be expected.
It isn’t yet clear just how badly the scales are skewed to the Straw Hats’ favor, but it seems bad enough that Holdem will need to play dirty. This is where he proceeds to reveal that O Tama was actually in the mouth of the lion on his stomach all along. Raising the stakes this way will definitely make “One Piece” Manga Chapter 917 more interesting.
Speaking of which, it would seem that Trafalgar Law and Basil Hawkins are going to be fighting each other in “One Piece” Manga Chapter 917. With this being the case, the chapter’s release could not come fast enough. Unfortunately, this will still be on Sept. 15, Otaku Art reports.
