New OnePlus 6T teaser from the OnePlus official page has been posted on Twitter on Friday, Sept. 28. The video shows the hexagonal “T” logo of the upgraded model. It hints in-display fingerprint reader, which has been announced recently.
Following the hexagonal “T” logo, you can see “Unlock The Future” flash quickly, almost as a subliminal message. The short OnePlus 6T video also shows a glimpse of the phone.

The OnePlus 6T will be unveiled on Oct. 17. The launch date was not surprising as previously, someone leaked the release date of this smartphone. The event will be held in India, according to GSM Arena.
In a previous report, OnePlus has already confirmed that the OnePlus 6T will get an embedded fingerprint sensor. It is the first OnePlus phone to offer this feature. In the United States, the OnePlus 6T will be sold through a wireless carrier (T-Mobile).
Unlike its predecessors, OnePlus 6T will feature a larger battery as it is pack with 4,000mAh. Before the launch date of this upcoming phone, someone has leaked the design of this smartphone.
A well-known leaker, @OnLeaks posted some leaked photos of OnePlu 6T and the 360-degree video on Twitter. The leaked renders show the presence of a waterdrop notch at the top of the display, similar to the OPPO R17 and F9 series smartphones.
The size of OnePlus 6T measures 157.5 x 75.7 x 8.2mm. It comes with a 6.4-inch Optic AMOLED display featuring 1080 x 2340 Full HD+ resolution and features virtual fingerprint recognition. When it comes to thickness, the smartphone will be 8.6mm..
