San Mateo, April 19, 2017 -- Brilent Inc., an innovation leader of recruiting solutions using Artificial Intelligence (AI), today announced the addition of Mark Reid as their Chief Revenue Officer. The addition of Reid to the team comes at a significant time for Brilent, which last month saw unprecedented success when its recruiting technology outperformed top human recruiters around the globe in an industry competition. Brilent’s leading technology helps recruiters reduce their time to identify potential hires to seconds from hours and days. Reid will take the reins on helping companies adopt and integrate this much-heralded technology within their organizations. In the newly created position, Reid will report directly to CEO Garry Ma and concentrate on customer-focused growth strategies.
“We are excited and proud to welcome Mark to the Brilent team. He is well known for his customer focus and results-driven style of leadership,” Garry Ma said. “As we rapidly grow into new customer segments, Mark’s deep understanding of the HCM space and current operational challenges within HR organizations will help further accelerate our growth and ability to serve and delight our customers.”
Reid brings more than 20 years of experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) software industry, most recently with Oracle, where he was the VP of HCM Sales. In his executive roles at Oracle, SAP, ADP and other premier companies in the industry, he worked with some of the largest global Fortune companies in implementing solutions that brought drastic gains in operating efficiency and return on investment.
“I am excited to work with Garry and the team at Brilent. The powerful AI solution they have created will dramatically simplify the hiring process,” Reid said. “With Brilent, it’s clear that recruiters have a ready-made intelligent tool to help them save time and improve their hiring process. You can’t argue with the results that Brilent’s existing clients are already seeing. This is the future of hiring.”
