PENN Entertainment reported $32.6 million in consolidated net income for the third quarter, reversing a year-earlier consolidated loss as revenue and adjusted earnings increased, according to its Nov. 5 earnings release.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 reached $1.84 billion, up from $1.7173 billion in the same period of 2025. Diluted earnings were 24 cents a share, compared with a loss of $6.03 per share. PENN reported Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, of $284 million, versus $194.9 million a year earlier.

The release separately lists $33 million in net income attributable to PENN Entertainment, Inc., compared with an attributable loss of $864.6 million in 2025. The consolidated figures for those periods were net income of $32.6 million and a net loss of $865.1 million, respectively.

The prior-year comparison includes $825 million in impairment charges for the Interactive segment. In the latest quarter, Interactive recorded $348.4 million in revenue, including a $191.4 million tax gross-up, and an adjusted EBITDA loss of $18.3 million. Its loss was $76.6 million a year earlier.

PENN's Retail segment generated $1.5 billion in revenue and $501.8 million in Segment Adjusted EBITDAR, with a 33.7% margin. PENN excludes triple-net lease rent expense from Segment Adjusted EBITDAR. PENN attributed Retail strength to same-store growth and completed development projects, and said its Retail Segment Adjusted EBITDAR margin rose year over year for a third consecutive quarter.
