PPL Corporation plans to release its consolidated third-quarter 2026 results on Nov. 6 alongside an annual business plan update, setting the next scheduled review of the utility’s performance and plans for investors. PPL announced the date Oct. 23.

An analyst conference call will begin at 11 a.m. ET on Nov. 6. President and Chief Executive Vincent Sorgi and other executives are scheduled to discuss the quarter and the company’s general outlook. PPL has not specified when it will post the results; the announced time is for the call.

The call will be carried as a live audio webcast with presentation slides. PPL says a recording and the slides will remain on its investor-relations site for 90 days after the event. Phone access is available at 1-844-512-2926 for U.S. participants and 1-412-317-6300 for international callers. The entry number is 7654135.

PPL has not outlined what figures or targets its business plan update will include. The company is headquartered in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and provides electricity and natural gas to more than 3.6 million customers in the United States. Its shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker PPL.

The upcoming report follows PPL’s second-quarter results, released Aug. 7. The company reported GAAP earnings of $230 million, or $0.30 per share. Earnings from ongoing operations, a non-GAAP measure, were $247 million, or $0.33 per share.

PPL reaffirmed its 2026 forecast for ongoing-operations earnings of $1.90 to $1.98 per share, with a midpoint of $1.94. The Nov. 6 report and plan update are the next scheduled company disclosures identified in PPL’s announcement.
