IRVINE, Calif., Jan. 18, 2018 -- Paciolan today announced it has entered into a partnership with the City of Sandy Springs to provide ticketing and Marketing Automation services for the facilities at City Springs. City Springs, currently under construction, is a multi-use complex featuring the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center including the 1,070-seat Byers Theatre and a Studio Theatre, as well as a programmable City Green and additional performance spaces. City Springs is set to open for performances in September 2018.

Paciolan’s all-in-one online ticketing and fundraising system will enable Sandy Springs to sell tickets and process donations in real-time efficiently. The eCommerce site will empower the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center to manage its brand, while providing patrons and donors with online services including account management, the ability to pick their seats, print-at-home and mobile ticketing, and a user-friendly site for patrons to manage their accounts and tickets.
The City of Sandy Springs will also utilize Paciolan’s Marketing Automation tool, providing a personalized communication experience for fans through customized, triggered messaging campaigns and Personalized URLs with tailored content to elevate each fan experience. The platform integrates ticketing data, online browsing behavior and consumer response, with sales and marketing campaigns to provide greater insight into the organization’s customer base and allow for segmented and customized communications.
