ParkHub, a leading provider of advanced technology designed to reduce traffic congestion and improve the parking experience, has entered into a Master Service Agreement with SP+, a leader in parking management, ground transportation and ancillary services, after two years of successful deployments at the Super Bowl and numerous permanent installments coast-to-coast. The agreement establishes ParkHub as the parking platform of choice for SP+ and simplifies the process of deploying ParkHub’s parking management solutions, including ParkHub’s hardware and software tools, Prime and Portal, at properties managed by SP+.

With Prime, the handheld mobile point-of-sale terminal tailored for the parking industry, SP+ parking operators can quickly, efficiently and securely handle large volumes of traffic and get guests into their seats faster. Prime accepts credit cards – including mobile payments via NFC, validates pre-paid parking vouchers, tracks cash transactions and reports transaction and inventory data in real-time. These capabilities work together to reduce transaction time.
“ParkHub’s platform performed great for SP+ GAMEDAY at the Super Bowl for the last two years and it is an illustration of how SP+ constantly strives to innovate and leverage the latest in advanced technology to improve operational efficiencies and the customer experience,” said Don Jordan, Senior Vice President with SP+. “We look forward to working with ParkHub to continue improving the parking experience for customers for the third straight year at the Super Bowl in Minneapolis, as well as at multiple SP+ locations across the country.”
Already, SP+ has signed agreements with ParkHub to deploy Prime in five markets, including Atlanta, Columbus, Denver, Las Vegas and New Orleans.
“We at ParkHub are particularly excited SP+ is using Prime to improve parking operations at hotels and casinos in Las Vegas,” said George Baker, Sr., ParkHub’s Founder and CEO. “Prime has proven to be the gold standard for event parking management, especially being used at the big game for three years, and Las Vegas will be a great place to showcase the positive impact we can have on hospitality.”
