Pharming Group N.V. lifted the floor of its 2026 revenue outlook after preliminary third-quarter sales rose 21%, while also trimming its projected operating expenses for the year.

The Dutch drugmaker estimated revenue at US$117.6 million for the three months ended Sept. 30, compared with US$97.3 million a year earlier. Pharming said sales were above analyst consensus, but did not disclose the consensus figure. The results are preliminary and unaudited.

Pharming set its 2026 revenue range at US$380 million to US$390 million, tighter than its previous US$375 million to US$395 million forecast. It also lowered its expected operating expenses to US$310 million to US$315 million from US$315 million to US$320 million. The company gave growth ranges of 1% to 4% for revenue and 0% to 1% for operating expenses.

RUCONEST generated about US$93.8 million in the quarter, up 14% year over year and 30% from the second quarter. Pharming said U.S. demand was stabilizing and recovering. Pharming also cited seasonal inventory rebuilding by one U.S. specialty pharmacy after earlier drawdowns and the completion of its planned withdrawal of RUCONEST from non-U.S. markets.

Joenja brought in US$23.8 million, a 58% year-over-year increase. Pharming linked the growth to more U.S. patients receiving paid therapy and stronger demand abroad. The company said launches began in Germany and Japan during the quarter, while sales continued to grow in the United Kingdom. Ordering patterns in some other international markets temporarily added to revenue.

Third-quarter operating expenses are estimated at US$74.6 million, compared with US$74.5 million a year earlier. Pharming moved its full results and business update forward to Tuesday, Oct. 27, from Nov. 5. A conference call is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. EDT / 13:30 CET.

The company also expects topline results in November from a Phase II leniolisib trial involving patients with common variable immunodeficiency and immune dysregulation. Pharming said it is working toward one registrational Phase III trial for the broader common variable immunodeficiency indication that would include the patient populations studied in both Phase II trials.
