Plus500 Ltd. said Monday it expects 2026 revenue and EBITDA to exceed current market expectations after reporting higher third-quarter revenue and new-customer numbers.

The trading company expects full-year revenue and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) to exceed current market expectations. On Oct. 2, Plus500 said it was trading in line with market expectations then in effect. Plus500’s company-compiled analyst consensus, based on Bloomberg estimates and updated Oct. 23, projected $837.6 million in revenue and $358 million in EBITDA.

Revenue for the three months ended Sept. 30 increased 11% from a year earlier to $203.2 million. EBITDA rose 7% to $88.4 million.

Plus500 added 28,747 customers who made their first deposits during the quarter, compared with 22,644 a year earlier, a 27% increase. Its average cost to acquire a user declined 14% to $1,150, while average revenue per user climbed 7% to $1,700.

For the first nine months of 2026, Plus500 reported 94,470 new customers, $666.1 million in revenue and $275.9 million in EBITDA.

The company linked customer growth to its marketing technology and focus on higher-value customers. It said stronger trading income outweighed lower interest income as rates fell. Plus500 also said spending on marketing technology and expansion weighed on EBITDA growth.

The outlook change comes as Plus500 pursues brokerage acquisitions in the Americas. Its conditional purchase of Brazilian brokerage Guru was announced Oct. 20. A separate conditional agreement covers Hedge Capital Markets Inc. and its subsidiaries, including a U.S. broker-dealer.

Plus500 plans to offer U.S. retail customers a broader range of products through a multi-asset app, with a launch planned for the first quarter of 2027.
