Polish jobless rate is expected to be close to its minimum. According to a Societe Generale research note, the unemployment rate of Poland is likely to have dropped a tad to 8.4 percent in September. This projection is consistent with recent Labor Ministry data indicating that the number of jobless people dropped by 21,200 in September and that 137,100 job offers were registered, which is a rise of 7.2 percent year-on-year.
With the seasonal patterns, the jobless rate of Poland is expected to increase to about 8.6 to around 8.7 percent during the end of 2016, stated Societe Generale. The downward trend in the jobless rate is expected to continue in the next year due to the positive labor market conditions.
