The content is presented in a simple design that helps customers find answers to their frequently asked questions, as well as learn how to access their account, how to make a payment, and who to contact with questions about their account.
PRA LLC’s new customer payment website, PRApay.com, allows most customers to access their accounts online from their computer or mobile device. Customers will find the same important account information as provided on PRA LLC’s letters such as the original creditor, seller, merchant, account offers, and more. The new website also introduces debit card functionality, allowing customers to pay online by debit card or check.
