Donohoe Advisory was founded by Dave Donohoe in 2004, and since that time the firm has successfully represented hundreds of companies in a wide range of listing proceedings and engagements at both Nasdaq and the NYSE. Each professional member of Donohoe Advisory’s team previously worked for either The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) or the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”).
