BOSTON, April 02, 2018 -- Marcia Wagner, the Managing Director of The Wagner Law Group, widely renowned as the country’s top ERISA and employee benefits law firm, is pleased to announce that attorney Regina Snow Mandl has joined the firm as a partner. “We are delighted to have Regina join our rapidly growing law firm, which will expand our trusts and estates practice and bring recognized expertise in family law to our organization,” says Ms. Wagner.
Regina Snow Mandl, who will head the firm’s new Lincoln, Massachusetts office, has more than three decades of experience concentrating in family law, estate planning and administration, and probate litigation. Her family law practice covers not only divorces, but pre-marital and post-marital agreements, modification hearings, and matters involving custody disputes, guardianships, and conservatorships. Ms. Mandl also maintains comprehensive estate planning and probate practices as well and has extensive experience resolving contested matters through either mediation or litigation. In addition, she has become a national authority on how America’s new tax law will alter alimony.
For multiple years, Ms. Mandl has achieved an AV 5.0 preeminent peer-review rating by Martindale-Hubbell and recognition by Super Lawyers, New England. Moreover, she was selected by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as among the “Top Women in Law.” Among her other recognitions, she is a certified financial litigator, a founding member and past president of the Massachusetts Probate and Family American Inn of Court and served on the Board of Trustees of the national American Inns of Court Foundation. She graduated from New York University, cum laude, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and Boston College Law School.
Joining Ms. Mandl is experienced family-law attorney Shanna Giora-Gorfajn. Ms. Giora-Gorfajn is active in the Family Law Project of the Women’s Bar Foundation, providing pro bono representation to low-income victims of domestic violence. Before entering private practice, Ms. Giora-Gorfajn served as a law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court and as a speechwriter for Rotary International. Ms. Giora-Gorfajn is a graduate of Cornell Univeristy, cum laude, and Columbia Law School.
