PureHealth Holding PJSC lifted group profit 14.1% to AED 1.769 billion in the nine months ended Sept. 30, 2026, as international care and insurance operations expanded.
Revenue reached AED 22.422 billion, compared with AED 20.101 billion a year earlier. The company’s USD-version release rounded nine-month profit to $482 million and revenue to $6.1 billion.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) climbed to AED 4.178 billion from AED 3.470 billion. EBITDA margin, the share of revenue represented by the measure, increased to 18.6% from 17.3%. PureHealth said higher-margin international operations contributed to the margin gain.
For the three months ended Sept. 30, revenue was AED 7.571 billion, up about 16% from the year-earlier quarter. Profit rose 2.2% year over year to AED 533.013 million from AED 521.575 million.
International Care revenue increased 53% to AED 7.3 billion, and Cover, the group’s insurance business, recorded an 11.7% revenue increase to AED 6.4 billion. International operations accounted for about 33% of group revenue. PureHealth also cited the consolidation of Hellenic Healthcare Group in Greece and Cyprus and 5.3% revenue growth at Circle Health Group in the United Kingdom as factors supporting the group’s results.
In the United Arab Emirates, reported Care revenue declined 9.2% to AED 8.7 billion. PureHealth said the reported figure was affected by revenue-recognition timing under the Unified Purchasing Programme, transactions between group businesses that are removed from consolidated results, and lower patient activity in the first quarter. On the company’s normalized measure, UAE Care revenue increased 6% to AED 10.1 billion.
PureHealth said its priorities include integrating Hellenic Healthcare Group and expanding Circle’s higher-acuity services. In the UAE, the company plans to increase patient activity, make fuller use of capacity and develop specialized care.
