SPOKANE, Wash., April 13, 2016 -- RLHC (Red Lion Hotels Corporation) (NYSE:RLH) announced today the appointment of Richard Veilleux to lead franchise operations. Veilleux will be leading the Brand Services and Owner Relations teams that comprise the Franchise Operations for the company’s family of brands. A hospitality industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience primarily from Sheraton and Starwood, he worked with many of the industry’s prominent ownership and operating entities throughout North America. During his time on their franchise operations team the Starwood portfolio of hotels grew from roughly 200 properties to more than 450, where he integrated various operational programs.

Over the past two fiscal years, the company has repositioned to predominantly franchise its brands and has realized 125% growth in its overall portfolio and distribution across the country.
