ResMed Inc. will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.66 per share on Dec. 17, keeping the amount unchanged and giving shareholders a Nov. 12 eligibility date.
Shareholders of record Nov. 12 qualify for the distribution. The shares go ex-dividend Nov. 11.
The payout matches the previous quarterly dividend. EconoTimes previously reported the record date and Dec. 17 payment in its coverage of ResMed’s profit and cash flow.
The next payment is scheduled for Dec. 17.
Coal India reported consolidated quarterly revenue of ₹44,178.74 crore and declared a ₹10.25 second interim dividend, with Nov. 4 set as the record date.
The board lifted the quarterly amount by 7 cents from $0.555; eligibility is based on Nov. 9 ownership records.
Adjusted net revenues climbed 13% to $1.178 billion. Evercore also declared a $0.89-per-share dividend, payable Dec. 11.
