Rezaei said the U.S. response to Iran’s seven conditions was “not convincing” and called for a full, explicit answer to each one.

Rezaei wrote on X on Nov. 3 that the U.S. answer was “not convincing.” He said Washington must respond to all seven conditions fully and explicitly and fulfill them. His statement followed remarks from Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman about a two-day implementation window tied to U.S. action.

Esmaeil Baqaei said Nov. 2 that Iran could implement its seven-stage proposal within two days if Washington met Tehran’s demands. That period depended on Washington meeting those terms; Baqaei did not present it as a fixed start date.

As of Nov. 2, Iranian officials had not announced a date for reopening the strait or starting negotiations, according to EconoTimes’ earlier coverage of Iran’s seven conditions. The two-day window described a conditional proposal rather than a scheduled reopening.
