SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 29, 2017 -- Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates has announced that Rick Lahkar has joined as an affiliate in San Francisco. Lahkar specializes in investment sales in the hospitality sector.
Lahkar launched his own firm in May 2017. Prior to that he was an associate in a nationally-recognized commercial real estate firm’s National Hospitality Group where he helped hotel owners and buyers in the disposition and acquisition of hotels in the Northern California market. Lahkar worked in the hospitality industry as a general manager for Holiday Inn Express, broadening his interest and experience in the hotel sector.
