VANCOUVER, Wash., March 28, 2016 -- Riverview Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:RVSB) (“Riverview” or the “Company”) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share. The dividend will be payable April 25, 2016, to shareholders of record April 11, 2016.
The cash dividend represents a payout of 26% for our third fiscal quarter and a dividend yield of 1.87%.
