STEVENSON, Md., March 07, 2018 -- The securities litigation law firm of Brower Piven, A Professional Corporation, announces that a class action lawsuit has been commenced in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois against LJM Funds Management Ltd. on behalf of shareholders who purchased LJM Preservation and Growth Fund Class I (Nasdaq:LJMIX) (“LJMIX” or the “Fund”) between February 28, 2015 and February 7, 2018, inclusive (the “Class Period”). Investors who wish to become proactively involved in the litigation have until April 10, 2018 to seek appointment as lead plaintiff.
