SPIE said its third-quarter production rose 13.7% year over year to €2,886.8 million, as acquisitions added to growth and organic activity strengthened at the French technical-services company.

For the nine months ended Sept. 30, production totaled €8,043.4 million, up 7.0% from a year earlier. Acquisitions contributed 4.8 percentage points to the increase and organic growth added 2.3 points; disposals and foreign exchange each subtracted 0.1 point. SPIE labels its production figures unaudited.

Organic growth accelerated to 4.7% in the third quarter from 1.2% in the first half. The first-quarter rate was a 0.9% decline, followed by 3.1% growth in the second quarter. In the third quarter, Germany’s production rose 21.0%, including 5.2% organic growth. North-Western Europe recorded 12.5% organic growth, while France posted 0.3% after a 1.9% decline in the second quarter.

Acquisitions completed in 2025 and 2026 added €362 million to production over the first nine months, including four months of activity from ROFA. SPIE said seven bolt-on deals announced by Oct. 30 represented nearly €800 million in annual production. On Oct. 28, the company announced an agreement to acquire a 76% stake in Austria’s SAR ANLAGENBAU GmbH.

SPIE kept its 2026 outlook in place, saying organic gains and bolt-on acquisitions are expected to support strong total growth, alongside further expansion of its earnings before interest, taxes and amortization (EBITA) margin. The company cited demand related to electrification, grid modernization, energy efficiency, data centers and decarbonization. CEO Markus Holzke called the quarter “an exceptional third quarter,” translated from French.

SPIE’s next scheduled financial event is its full-year 2026 results release on March 4, 2027.
