WILMINGTON, Mass., April 06, 2017 -- Security Innovation, global authority in software security and Gartner Magic Quadrant leader, is pleased to announce a pair of organizational changes designed to drive growth. Propelled by a record sales year in 2016, the company has promoted Jeff Berry to VP Field Sales and Tony Luzza to VP Global Channel Sales.
Mr. Berry will manage the strategic account executives responsible for the company’s principle direct sales model. He has been with the company for 9 years and has successfully served in individual sales contributor and mentorship roles. Mr. Luzza will be responsible for resellers and OEM partners globally. Both have previously managed parts of the team they now lead and have a history of commitment and excellence. Both have recruited, managed, and motivated their teams at Security Innovation and at related past positions in the software development and software quality industries.
Security Innovation believes the new structure will strengthen its ability to service customers, and allow better collaboration between its salesforce and partners.
“We have been reviewing our strategy and decided to leverage key personnel strengths to accelerate growth in 2017 and beyond,” said Ed Adams, CEO of Security Innovation. "Security Innovation is proud to have these stellar and respected performers take leadership responsibilities within our team.”
This move strengthens Security Innovation’s corporate culture of advancement. Earlier this year, Lisa Parcella was promoted to VP of Product Management and is tasked with ensuring the company can meet the demands for its rapidly growing Application Security training products. She will work closely with Mr. Berry and Mr. Luzza to better understand the needs of the market and build products to exploit the same.
