Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber’s breakup was one of the most talked about separation last year. While the “Cold Water” singer has moved on from that heartbreak and married Hailey Baldwin a few months ago, the songstress seems uninterested in dipping her toe in the dating pool for now.
However, rumors are going around that Selena Gomez might be seeing someone after all. The “Back To You” singer didn’t attend the Met Gala 2019 this weekend and opted to spend her time in Disneyland at California, Daily Mail reported.
Selena Gomez posted several photos of her tip along with her pals on Instagram. But a new image taken by the Daily Mail showed that the “Monte Carlo” star was getting cozy with one guy while riding the Toy Story Midway Mania.
After the news spread, gossip media and fans of Selena Gomez are wondering whether this mystery man is her new flame. But a source told PEOPLE said that the guy is simply a friend and the songstress remains uninterested in involving herself in a new relationship.
Selena Gomez previously said that she’s focusing on her mental health and career at the moment, with her upcoming album and movie taking up most of her time. News on her music has been scarce although details about it have been slowly making its way to the public in recent weeks. The songstress also revealed that her new album would not feature other artists on it as she wants all the songs to be more personal.
“Working on this new record, I just wanted it to be me. All me. Every song is a story I’ve experienced. To that point, I think there’s no one who’s going to tell my story better than myself,” Selena Gomez said.
As for her new movie titled “The Dead Don’t Die,” it’s going to debut during the upcoming Cannes Festival. Selena Gomez will be attending this event along with her other co-stars in the horror comedy including Bill Murray, Adam, Driver, and Tilda Swinton.
