Several Singapore brokerages are adding physical venues for investor support, while Webull Singapore CEO Jonathan Man told The Straits Times that staying digital-first helps limit costs that could reach customers through fees or commissions.
The venues serve different purposes. Moomoo’s Bugis store opened to the public on March 6, 2026, and offers workshops and one-to-one support, according to the company. Longbridge says its café at Guoco Tower in Tanjong Pagar opened Oct. 21, 2026, with investor workshops, market discussions and community events.
uSMART announced that its first Singapore branch, at 50 Robinson Road, opened July 21, 2025. The company said its Somerset location at 178 Orchard Road opened Oct. 24 that year. It described the branches as places for face-to-face help with its trading tools.
Eng Thiam Choon, uSMART executive director, told The Straits Times that customers had asked where they could visit the brokerage with questions. He said the company intends to open outlets in Bugis and Chinatown by year-end. The newspaper reported the Bugis opening is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 13, and the Chinatown location is expected in December. Eng described meeting customers in person as an opportunity for “two-way communication and sharing.”
Phillip Securities combines online and in-person services. The company says its POEMS online share-trading platform was established in 1996, and its directory lists eight company-managed Investor Centres and three Investor Centre Lite locations. The Jurong East Investor Centre Lite says more than 60 financial specialists support its services, which include investments, insurance, retirement planning and estate planning. The Straits Times reported that the centre averaged seven walk-ins a day in October.
Man told The Straits Times that Webull intends to remain digital-first. He said branch overheads could otherwise be passed to customers through higher fees or commissions.
Phillip’s directory lists its Marine Parade centre as temporarily closed for renovations through Nov. 16. The next reported outlet opening is uSMART’s Bugis site on Friday, Nov. 13.
