The Center is a local organization dedicated to building healthy relationships families and communities free from sexual assault and domestic violence through education, advocacy and services in western El Dorado County. The Center, founded in 1980, has been recognized on a local, state, and national level for the programs and services they provide.
The 2018 Gala was an evening of live music, auctions, food, and fun. The proceeds from the event act as one of the main sources of funding for The Center and allow them to provide services to help those affected by domestic violence and sexual assault within the community.
About the Gala, one of The Center’s board members, Jan Coffrini, and wife of Sierra Pacific Mortgage’s President and CEO, Jim Coffrini, said, “This year’s Gala was extremely successful. It’s through the generosity of others that we can give back to the community in such a positive way.”
