Truth Social averaged about 260,000 daily users in September, Similarweb data showed, while its parent reported more than $405 million in first-quarter losses earlier this year.

The September estimate was below the platform’s peak of 420,000 daily users in June 2025. Similarweb data also indicated that Truth Social traffic declined by more than 30% over 12 months.

President Donald Trump continues to post on the service. The Independent reported that his account published roughly 25 posts over several hours Wednesday. The newspaper also reported that Trump had more than 13 million followers on the platform.

In May, Trump Media & Technology Group reported first-quarter net sales of just over $871,000 and a net loss of more than $405 million. The company attributed $368.7 million to unrealized losses involving digital assets, pledged digital assets and equity securities. It also listed $11.5 million in accreted interest and $11.8 million in stock-based compensation.

The Independent reported that the company’s net losses exceeded $712 million in 2025, compared with $400.9 million in 2024. The outlet described Trump Media’s business as spanning Truth Social and digital assets, with access to prediction markets planned.

The Independent traced Truth Social’s 2022 launch to Trump’s removal from Facebook, YouTube and Twitter after the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol.
