As of 08:11 UTC Saturday, Solana (SOL) traded at $101.80, down 2.54% in 24 hours and $1.80 above the $100 floor cited in analyst Itai Smidt’s forecast.

CoinGecko and exchange spot data showed the latest quote. EconoTimes’ Oct. 17 Binance snapshot recorded SOL at $103.80, providing a dated comparison.

In an Oct. 20 forecast for TradingNews, analyst Itai Smidt characterized $100 as a level buyers had defended more than once. Smidt said a daily close below $97 would undermine his view of $100 as a floor.

In an Oct. 21 analysis for FXEmpire, Alejandro Arrieche said he would consider a trend shift confirmed after SOL crossed $116, with $150 a medium-term possibility only under that condition. At $101.80, SOL was above Smidt’s $100 level and below Arrieche’s threshold.
