LONGWOOD, Fla., April 18, 2018 -- Spectrum Global Solutions, Inc., (OTC:SGSI) (the “Company”), a single-source provider of end-to-end next-generation wireless and wireline network solutions to the service provider (carrier) and corporate enterprise markets, announced today that management has approved an exchange of previously issued common stock for a newly issued preferred instrument. The exchanged Common Stock will be returned to treasury. The effect of the exchange reduces the number of common shares outstanding by more than 124 million shares. The newly issued Preferred will contain voting rights and rights associated with a fundamental transaction, but will not be dilutive to Common Stock.
