Things are going down faster than the sinking of Titanic as Mike Ross and the team behind Pearson Specter Litt is faced with a predicament that the whole lot of them can’t stop from happening. The recent episode of the hit TV series ‘Suits’ has been so intense what with the shocking revelations. So if you haven’t watched it yet, then you better should. Either way, here is a recap on the highly controversial episode. Spoilers alert!
The inevitable thing just happened in yesterday’s episode as Mike Ross is found guilty for fraud and is sentenced for a two year imprisonment. The Mike Ross of Suits Season 5 has been selfish to say the least. His decisions divided his loved ones. He committed the crime, so he deserved to do the time. Sure, Harvey played a part in it, but Mike should have known better.
And what makes the scene remarkable and amazing is the fact that Harvey was the one who took him to jail. Harvey was the one who introduced him into the world of law, so it was only fitting that he would be the final familiar face he seen before taking a hiatus from it.
Speaking of Harvey, the firm that he and Jessica have been working their lives for, Pearson Specter Litt, is going haywire because of the discovery of Mike’s fake persona. Everything Jessica built has gone the way of the flip phone and don't expect her to take that lightly when the show returns in the summer. She's going to be pissed at Harvey the most and probably Donna, but that won't last for very long. Also look for a name change in the firm, or expect it to be gone entirely.
It is obvious that Jessica will try to cover the lies Mike and Harvey did just so she can save her firm. And this action has caused her a lot. Left with no employees and no clients, what will happen to the firm now?
