The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) scheduled an Opening Bell ceremony for TGE Value Creative Solutions Corp. on Oct. 15, months after its units began trading. Its latest filing showed the company had not selected a business-combination target by June 30.

The NYSE event page listed the scheduled ceremony and identified Dr. Calvin Choi, founder of sponsor parent The Generation Essentials Group, as the planned bell ringer.

TGE Value's units first traded on Dec. 19, 2025, three days before the company closed its initial public offering. It sold 15 million units at $10 each, generating $150 million in gross proceeds. Each unit included one Class A ordinary share and half of a redeemable warrant. The shares and warrants began trading separately on Feb. 6, 2026, under BEBE and BEBE WS. Units that remained together continued trading under BEBE U. The separate tickers identified the share and warrant after they split from the bundled units.

The company was formed to pursue a merger, acquisition or similar business combination. Its annual filing said its search was not limited to one sector and listed media, digital media, entertainment, high fashion, lifestyle, culture and gaming among its focus areas.

In its quarterly filing for the period ended June 30, TGE Value said it had not started operations, chosen a target or held substantive discussions with one. It reported $152,545,289 in its trust account and $386,697 in cash at bank. The company said its initial deadline to complete a business combination was Dec. 22, 2027, assuming no extensions.
