SUNNYVALE, Calif., Feb. 06, 2018 -- AgilOne, the leading customer data platform for enterprise B2C brands, today announced their Customer Data Platform Summit to be held on March 8, 2018, in New York. The free, half-day event will feature interactive “unsummit”-style roundtable discussions, presentations, and interactive panels from some of the largest and most innovative global brands, including TUMI, Clarks, DAVIDsTEA, and more, plus industry analyst and founder of the Customer Data Platform Institute David Raab. Speakers will discuss why a customer data platform is the preferred solution for B2C brands focused on building genuine, engaging, and profitable relationships with their customers. They will discuss how to build a business case for a CDP, cultivate internal alignment around a CDP initiative, and power CDP use cases in outbound marketing, digital advertising, customer experience, and analytics.
The AgilOne Customer Data Platform Summit will take place at the Michael Kors Building in Soho from 11:30a.m. to 4:30p.m., followed by a cocktail reception. Registration is free of charge, and marketing, customer experience, and BI professionals from B2C enterprise brands are eligible to attend.
“Direct-to-consumer brands understand that customer data holds the key to profitability – but unlocking customer data so it is actionable across engagement channels has been a challenge,” said Omer Artun, CEO of AgilOne. “CDPs have emerged as the best response to this challenge. Our goal of the summit is to help marketers understand all the ways a CDP can help their business, and to facilitate discussion among brands interested in CDPs and brands who have successfully implemented one. Attendees will come away with a much better sense of how to use the customer data they are collecting.”
Industry leaders and AgilOne customers who will speak at the March 8 event include:
- David Raab, Founder of the Customer Data Platform Institute
- Charlie Cole, Chief Digital Officer, TUMI
- Kylie Beals McCarthy, Director of Performance Marketing, eCommerce, Clarks
- Catherine Laporte, Head of Marketing, DAVIDsTEA
“Any enterprise brand that regularly engages customers in many different digital and physical channels needs a customer data platform,” said David Raab, Founder of the Customer Data Platform Institute. “Interest in CDPs has skyrocketed over the last two years, and AgilOne’s event in New York will help educate B2C marketers on the best ways to adopt this technology and leverage it to the fullest extent. The interactive format of the summit will allow marketers to learn about CDPs in a meaningful way, allowing for deep conversations about how to harness the power of customer data.”
