Unidentified wallets sent $360.2 million to four named platforms during a Friday three-hour period that included 10 crypto transfers with a combined stated value of $1.17 billion.
Bitfinex, Coinbase, Coinbase Institutional and Paypal were listed as destinations. The tally attributed $269 million in transfers to addresses associated with Aave, Coinbase Institutional and Paxos, with unidentified wallets as the destinations. The tally ended at 5 p.m. ET on Friday, Oct. 30.
The highest-valued transaction was a 3,397 BTC transfer between unidentified addresses, valued at $262 million. At 2:02 p.m. ET, 2,906 BTC moved between unidentified addresses in a transfer valued at $224.1 million.
Bitfinex received 162.9 million Tether (USDT) worth $162.7 million from an unidentified wallet at 2:19 p.m. ET. An unidentified wallet received 115 million USD Coin (USDC), valued at $115 million, in a 4:40 p.m. ET transfer attributed to Aave.
An unidentified wallet sent 1,000 BTC, valued at $77.1 million, to Coinbase at 2:01 p.m. ET. Another sent 865 BTC, worth $66.7 million, to Coinbase Institutional at 2:19 p.m. ET. Coinbase Institutional was also listed as the sender of 1,301 BTC, valued at $100.2 million, to an unidentified wallet at 2:34 p.m. ET.
The list included 699 BTC, worth $53.7 million, attributed to Paxos and sent to an unidentified wallet at 4:40 p.m. ET. It also recorded 700 BTC valued at $53.6 million moving from an unidentified wallet to Paypal at 3:06 p.m. ET, followed by a 702 BTC transfer with the same stated value from Paypal to Paxos at 3:37 p.m. ET.
Nine large Bitcoin transfers were valued at $1.74 billion combined during a three-hour period on Oct. 27. The Friday transaction paths show where funds moved but offer no evidence about wallet controllers’ plans.
