NEW YORK, Nov. 04, 2016 -- Hunt Mortgage Group, a leader in financing commercial real estate throughout the United States, announced today that Carl Pankratz, Vice President of Originations, has been honored by the Texas House of Representatives.
Texas State Representative Angie Chen Button presented Pankratz with a Resolution from the Texas House of Representatives for his community service to the City of Rowlett. Pankratz is a former Deputy Mayor Pro Tem, and was elected to two terms on the Rowlett City Council.
During his time serving the city, Pankratz was instrumental in revamping the Economic Development Department. He also led efforts to enhance Isaac Scruggs Park, and was very active in authoring several resolutions on issues impacting the city.
Pankratz has received numerous community awards including being named “40 Under 40” by the Dallas Business Journal, one of the “Five Outstanding Young Dallasites” by the Dallas Junior Chamber of Commerce, and “World Changer of the Week” by Southern Methodist University.
