‘The Promised Neverland’ Episode 6 Air Date, Spoilers: Norman Sacrifices Himself, Emma & Ray Leave Kids Behind

The narrative in “The Promised Neverland” is about to pick up in pace starting in “The Promised Neverland” Episode 6 and not for the better. In the previous episode, Ray expressed a desire for the trio to escape on their own, but Emma wanted to take the other children with them. Unfortunately, the next episode will force their hand with Norman’s sacrifice and being made to choose the younger kids’ fate.

As TheAnimeScrolls notes, Don’s impatience led to a bad decision in the previous episode and going forward, there will be some major changes. The clip below shows some disturbing scenes, including a smiling Sister Krone whose face appears to be quite distorted. In any case, the hinted developments belie the true depth of the consequences that the children will have to face in “The Promised Neverland” Episode 6.

If the pace of anime mirrors that of the manga, “The Promised Neverland” Episode 6 is going to involve some cruel and necessary developments. Starting with Don and Gilda finally learning the truth, Krone will prove to be a more sinister figure than initially thought. In fact, she will even approach the children to propose an alliance that will lead to some bad results.

For starters, Krone herself will get killed and Norman will be shipped out. Emma will then have to leave behind some children who are too young to be brought along with them. All of this will be the results of carelessness in “The Promised Neverland” Episode 6.

Suffice it to say, fans can look forward to some truly tense developments in “The Promised Neverland” Episode 6 when it hits the small screen on Feb. 14. It’s going to be quite the unique Valentine’s gift to the viewers, with blood and an increase in heartbeats per second being the main course.
