It would appear that Naofumi’s life is just about to get more interesting with “The Rising Of Shield Hero” Episode 13 since he is about to get framed for yet another crime he did not commit. This time, he will be accused of trying to assassinate Princess Melty by none other than Malty, herself. This will put the Shield Hero in direct conflict with the other three once more.
As Comic Book reports, there is a deadly new plot afoot in this new arc of the anime, with “The Rising Of Shield Hero” Episode 13 bringing frustrating new revelations to the forefront. Basically, what will happen next is that Naofumi will save Melty from the royal guards meant to protect her. The surviving would-be assassins will then accuse the Shield Hero of trying to do the thing that they just tried to do.
"Naofumi foils the attempt to take Melty's life and fights off the royal knights, but he's then framed for abducting Melty and killing several knights, so the party is forced to go on the run,” the synopsis for the episode reads. “With security tightened and checkpoints everywhere, the party receives a further blow that only makes things even worse."
As to what this “blow” that is meant to making their situation worse than it will already have been, fans will simply have to watch “The Rising Of Shield Hero” Episode 13 to find out. However, it’s worth pointing out that this is not the worst threat facing Naofumi and his group. In fact, the most dangerous foe that they will be contending with is one they are not even aware of is their enemy.
As for when “The Rising Of Shield Hero” Episode 13 will be airing, this would be on April 3. Fans will definitely want to watch this one.
