“The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods” episode 16 will reveal whether the team, minus Meliodas and Escanor, would be able to defeat Chandler in his true demon form.
The Seven Deadly Sins against Chandler’s true form
The Seven Deadly Sins were barely able to keep up with Chandler even before he powered up. That’ why Gowther was forced to attack the high-ranking demon despite the Absolute Order spell on him.
With Chandler distracted, King was able to land a direct hit on the demon using the Chastiefol, which created a hole on the demon’s chest. With the injury, everyone assumed that the Chandler was done for.
Unfortunately, the attack only infuriated Chandler even more. He decided to get serious and displayed his true form. In the upcoming “The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods” episode 16, the team would be up against this more powerful form of Chandler.
Seeing the demon transform, the team would opt to retreat in “The Seven Deadly Sins” season 3 episode 16. Thankfully, the timely arrival of two characters will help them buy some time and make their getaway.
Drole and Gloxinia delays Chandler
Two powerful characters are set to arrive in “The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods” episode 16. They are Drole and Gloxinia, who recently left The Ten Commandments.
Thus, a new battle will commence. This battle is even deadlier than the recent encounter between Chandler and the Seven Deadly Sins because the combatants involved are more powerful this time.
King and Diane would insist to fight alongside their ancestors. However, Gloxinia and Drole would oppose and the ancient fairy king will use a technique to get King and Diane out of the battlefield. The older fighters will be worried that the upcoming fight with the powered-up Chandler will harm their younger kins.
