It’s simple. Scoop the desired amount of loose tea into the stainless-steel, perforated infuser and then snap the infuser onto the saucer shaped base. Flip the tea server over and into a cup or mug of hot water to let the tea leaves steep for a few minutes or until the desired intensity of tea flavor is reached. The Single Tea Server allows the leaves to flow around inside the tea infuser creating a more robust flavor. This infuser works with all loose-leaf teas as well as herbs and spices.
The plastic saucer stays cool to the touch. Flip it over when the tea is ready, so water can drip onto the saucer keeping every surface clean. The tea leaves can easily be removed and the infuser rinsed clean or washed in a dishwasher.
The product is designed by the International Innovation Company, the parent company of Tomorrow’s Kitchen and Vacu Vin. The United States subsidiary is based in Indian Trail, NC.
