(NASDAQ:TTD) (the “Company”), a provider of a global technology platform for buyers of advertising, today announced the results of its 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Meeting”), which was held today. At the Meeting, the stockholders elected each of the Company’s nominees to the Board of Directors, Jeff Green and Eric Paley. Messrs. Green and Paley will each serve as Class I directors, to hold office for a term ending at the 2020 annual meeting of stockholders. In addition, stockholders ratified the Company’s appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2017.
