Three Indian companies will consider possible interim dividends this week, while REC Limited has a board meeting listed for Oct. 26 under financial results and dividend.
REC and Dalmia Bharat Limited are scheduled to meet Monday, Oct. 26. The National Stock Exchange of India lists REC’s meeting in a category covering financial results and dividend, but its entry does not identify the results period or say the dividend would be interim. Dalmia Bharat’s BSE filing pairs September-quarter and half-year results with consideration of an interim dividend for financial year 2026-27. The records therefore give different levels of detail about the two companies’ agendas.
Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited set its meeting for Tuesday, Oct. 27, in an Oct. 22 notice. Its board is due to review unaudited quarterly and half-year results for the period ended Sept. 30, 2026, and consider an interim dividend for financial year 2026-27. Coal India Limited’s BSE filing puts second-quarter and half-year results for the period ended Sept. 30 before the board Thursday, Oct. 29, alongside a possible second interim dividend for financial year 2026-27; see our earlier report on the meeting.
Three records explicitly name an interim dividend: those for Dalmia Bharat, Mazagon Dock and Coal India. The items are for board consideration, and none of the notices reviewed confirms a declaration. They provide no proposed payout amount or record date, and they do not give meeting times. REC’s exchange listing mentions a dividend but does not establish an interim-dividend proposal.
The sequence begins Monday with REC and Dalmia Bharat, followed by Mazagon Dock Tuesday and Coal India Thursday. The three explicit dividend considerations accompany quarterly and half-year reporting, putting results and a possible shareholder distribution on the same board agendas.
