BOSTON, Jan. 05, 2017 -- TransPerfect Medical Device Solutions today announced that division president, Marc Miller, will join Jay Crowley (USDM) and Charlie Kim (121nexus) at the Opal Medical Device Summit (Phoenix, AZ; January 9–10) to discuss emerging strategies that leverage the industry’s multi-billion-dollar investment in UDI compliance to drive revenue and deliver cost savings.

In September of 2016, the FDA’s UDI deadline arrived for the majority of U.S. medical device manufacturers. In response, the industry has invested billions of dollars into UDI implementation and compliance.
