Turkish consumer sentiment rises in November

Turkish consumer sentiment rose slightly in November. The Turkish Statistical Institute and Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey showed that the consumer confidence rose 4 percent to 59.6 in November from October’s 57.3.

The financial situation expectation of consumer index in the next 12 months period rose 5.4 percent to 77.5 in November from October’s 73.5.

The general economic situation expectation index rose 6.2 percent to 77.4 from October’s 72.8 in October. Meanwhile, the number of people unemployed expectation index dropped 0.3 percent to 63.4 in November from October’s 63.6.

The probability of saving index rose 4.8 percent to 20.1 in November from October’s 19.2.
