The Netherlands will be hosting “The Future of Bitcoin” conference on June 30 and July 1, 2017 that will comprise of presentations, panels and meeting to discuss on the future applications and potentials of bitcoin digital currency.
The 2-day conference will offer developers, researchers, industry and enthusiasts an opportunity to meet in person and present and discuss Bitcoin's issues of today and tomorrow.
The conference will see expert speaker panel from the bitcoin and blockchain industry that includes Marek Kotewicz from Parity Technologies, Jihan Wu from Bitmain, Andrew Stone from Bitcoin Unlimited, Jameson Lopp from Bitgo, Nikita Zhavoronkov from Blockchair, among others.
According to the reports by CoinTelegraph, Amaury Sechet, a former software engineer at Facebook, LLVM committer and the main developer of D Compiler SDC, will be delivering a talk on “Back to the Basics.” On the other hand, Peter Rizun of Bitcoin Unlimited will talk on “SegWit Coins are not Bitcoins” and other topics include “Why Bitcoin needs a Scaling Solution” and “The Case for Market Governance of the Bitcoin Protocol.”
The event is being sponsored by Bitcoin Unlimited and Bitmain. Other sponsors and supporters of the conference include BTC.com, SBI Bits, among others.
The tickets are priced differently according to the attendee needs and the last day of ticket sake is on June 20, 2017.
