US rates review

US 10yr treasury yields fell from 2.29% to 2.22% while the 2yr yield fell from 0.58% to 0.54%. The 30yr auction was disappointing, awarded at 2bp above pre-auction yield, and contrasting with the solid outcomes for the 3yr and 10yr earlier this week.
