HONG KONG, July 26, 2017 -- UTStarcom (NASDAQ:UTSI), a global telecommunications infrastructure provider, today announced that NASDAQ has granted the Company an extension until November 15, 2017 to file its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016 (the "2016 Form 20-F").
The Company is in the process of finalizing its audit for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016 and expects to file the 2016 Form 20-F before the extended filing date of November 15, 2017.
