Ubiquiti Inc. reported $1,026.2 million in fiscal first-quarter 2027 revenue, topping $1 billion for the quarter, after warning that component costs and supply limits could weigh on margins and customer fulfillment. Ubiquiti’s earlier results coverage also detailed the component-cost and supply constraints.
Revenue was 39.9% higher than in the year-earlier quarter and 9.5% above the preceding quarter. Non-GAAP earnings per share were $5.32. Net income on a GAAP basis increased 54.2% to $320.5 million, and GAAP diluted earnings per share were $5.29, compared with $3.43 a year earlier.
Enterprise Technology contributed $941.3 million, compared with $657.1 million in the comparable period. Service Provider Technology brought in $84.9 million, versus $76.6 million. Gross margin was 47.3%, against 46.0% a year earlier and 45.8% in the prior quarter. Ubiquiti said lower indirect expenses drove most of the annual improvement, although component costs offset part of the gain.
Some component costs rose after fiscal Q4 2026, Ubiquiti said. Further increases could erode margins, and supply limits could make it harder to satisfy customer demand.
Ubiquiti’s Nov. 6 Form 8-K said the board declared a $1-per-share cash dividend. Shareholders of record Nov. 16 are due to receive payment Nov. 23.
