Uniswap (UNI) fell 1.01% over 24 hours to $7.21 as of 3:56 a.m. ET (08:56 UTC) Monday, while Binance’s staged withdrawal restart followed its report of an Oct. 29 hot-wallet compromise.

A snapshot 12 minutes earlier, at 3:44 a.m. ET (08:44 UTC), showed UNI at $7.23 with a 0.52% 24-hour decline. The percentages cover different rolling periods, so they do not show the token’s return over those 12 minutes.

Binance reported an Oct. 29 compromise of its hot wallets and began reopening withdrawals in phases Nov. 1. It said security checks and user demand would shape when additional assets and networks became available, and it would bear the financial loss.

The exchange had said an updated proof-of-reserves report was expected Nov. 2. Separately, Cointelegraph reported Oct. 30 that Geoffrey Kendrick, who heads digital assets research globally at Standard Chartered, maintained a $100 target for UNI in 2030. Kendrick argued that decentralized exchanges could capture a larger share of crypto trading following the breach.
