NeoTrader co-founder Raja Venkatraman named Saregama India, ICICI Bank and Berger Paints as trading ideas for Nov. 4, with results-related board meetings at two of the companies scheduled this week, Mint reported.
His Mint column placed Saregama’s entry trigger at ₹565, ICICI Bank’s at ₹1,430 and Berger Paints’ at ₹482. Their stop-loss levels were ₹540, ₹1,360 and ₹455, respectively, and the targets were ₹615, ₹1,570 and ₹535. In each setup, the target was above the entry trigger and the stop-loss was below it. The column did not separately timestamp the reference prices used in its setups.
Mint described the calls as “Multiday” trades but also gave the targets a two-month horizon without explaining how the time frames relate.
The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) said the Nifty 50 rose 370.05 points, or 1.58%, to 23,810.85 on Nov. 3. ICICI Bank reported net profit of ₹14,843 crore for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, up 20.1% from a year earlier. Net interest income rose 17.7% to ₹25,339 crore.
In his Mint column, Venkatraman said he based his Saregama and Berger Paints calls on technical indicators and price patterns. His ICICI Bank analysis also considered the lender’s results and trading activity. He listed content acquisition and consumer shifts as risks for Saregama; credit quality, regulation and liquidity for ICICI Bank; and input costs and cyclical demand for Berger Paints.
Mint’s disclaimer said the recommendations reflected Venkatraman’s individual views and noted that securities investments carry market risk. EconoTimes previously covered Venkatraman’s Nov. 2 stock setups, another set of levels from the NeoTrader co-founder.
The NSE corporate calendar scheduled Saregama India’s board to consider results for the period ended Sept. 30 on Nov. 4, and Berger Paints’ board to consider results for the same period on Nov. 5.
