NeoTrader co-founder Raja Venkatraman outlined conditional entry levels for three Indian stocks for Oct. 27, with each threshold above its quoted reference price and all calls based on technical readings, Mint reported.
Mint’s column listed Sai Life Sciences Limited (SAILIFE) at a reference price of ₹1,445.30, with an entry threshold above ₹1,450, a ₹1,380 stop-loss and a ₹1,575 target. Action Construction Equipment Ltd. (ACE) was listed at ₹1,011.30, with an entry threshold above ₹1,020, a ₹978 stop-loss and a ₹1,135 target. Larsen & Toubro Ltd. (L&T) was listed at ₹3,680, with an entry threshold above ₹3,700, a ₹3,575 stop-loss and a ₹4,010 target.
At the quoted reference prices, the entry thresholds were ₹4.70 higher for SAILIFE, ₹8.70 higher for ACE and ₹20 higher for L&T. The listed levels therefore made each call conditional on the stock reaching its stated threshold; the column did not give a time for those reference prices.
Venkatraman linked SAILIFE’s setup to its decline since September, rising trading activity and momentum indicators, Mint reported. For ACE, he cited a stretch of consolidation followed by a firm close. His L&T analysis pointed to a hammer-shaped candlestick and positive divergence after recent selling, Mint reported.
The Nifty 50 rose 153.20 points, or 0.68%, to close at 22,753.20 on Oct. 26, a figure also listed by Moneycontrol and 5paisa. Mint’s column reported that Venkatraman placed technical support for the index at 22,300–22,400 and resistance at 22,800–23,000.
The column described all three trades as “Multiday” setups but gave each target a two-month horizon, without explaining how those time frames fit together. Mint said the recommendations reflected Venkatraman’s individual views, not its own, and were subject to securities-market risk.
The calls followed Venkatraman’s previous session’s stock recommendations, covered in EconoTimes’ report on his Oct. 26 calls.
